I wanted to have today’s post a Wordless Wednesday but had to tell you about the picture. Each fall we would take our kids pumpkin picking and as they got older we would try to find the biggest pumpkin we could. The tradition also progressed into getting haystacks, mums, gourds, and corn stalks. When our grandson (Prince) was one year old we took him for the first time to pumpkin pick. Just like when the kids were little, we kept it simple, letting him pick out a pumpkin. This year he is five years old and his brother (Little Prince) is one year old so our tradition will continue and I’m sure we will be adding to it to make it interesting as they get older.
This picture is the beginning of Mimi and Poppy’s pumpkin hunting tradition and hopefully we are adding to the boys fall memories.
