March kicks off one of my favorite times of year. Not only because the warm weather is right around the corner, but the Madness really commences! Over 60 different college teams fight for bragging rights and the incredibly amazing NCAA championship title from the middle of March through the beginning of April. During this two and a half week period I am glued to any screen I can get my hands on.. my HD TV, Laptop, tablet AND cell phone.
While I’m watching one game on my TV, I have my cell phone handy watching the live scores of other games. If we are on the go, I always have my tablet handy to watch the live games on a larger screen, and once we’re at our destination, I conveniently have my March Madness apps ready to go on my cell phone. I am fully connected to my bracket, all games, and scores 24/7.
This past Christmas my wife surprised me with a tablet (having March Madness in mind) from Best Buy. Since I’m usually the technology purchaser, I was shocked that she purchased a tablet that encompassed the storage and internet connectivity required to perform the tasks needed for my March Madness obsession. My tablet has quickly become my favorite ways to stay connected during March Madness. I can use all of the same apps as my cellphone with a larger screen. Plus, I can use my tablet as a computer and immediately email and connect with my friends through social media as my bracket wins increase!
