When it comes to desserts for our holiday dinners, we usually go overboard. There are at least ten to choose from. We have everyone’s favorites and then I always like to do something any kid would love, easy homemade icebox cake! My favorite is creme brulee‘ but that doesn’t stop me from having some icebox cake. Icebox cake has everything that anyone would love. Oh and did I mention it’s super easy to make. This is one dessert that the kids can help to make easily.
