Previously I discussed how my wife & I taught our son to recognize numbers, letters, shapes & animals. With him starting kindergarten in two years it’s important that he begin preparing. There are so many ways you can prepare your child. We use his favorite toys (Disney diecast Cars) to help him understand the concepts of larger, smaller, taller, shorter. We count them & group them to help him identify more and less. All the cars are different colors so we can continue to work on his colors. You can also find great programs to keep your childrens attention and teach them at the same time like Zorbit’s Math Adventure.
Previously we discussed Zorbit’s math adventure & the Zorbit’s Contest. The contest asked entrants to share their ideas for helping children 3-5 years old learn math skills. Zorbit’s early childhood education experts have reviewed all the entries and narrowed down the finalists. Now they need your help to choose the very best!
