There are many things I want my children to learn to do & almost everything that you learn to do begins with reading. Reading is one of the most important skills that a person can aquire & developing a healthy reading habit is very important. My wife or I always read a book to our boys as part of their bedtime routine. Reading not only teaches but can simply help your mind escape the day & to relax! The WrestleMania Reading Challenge is just one of the many great things that the WWE takes part in to help our children! WWE has teamed up with YALSA & they give books! You can take part by reading a book or writing an essay about your favorite book, earning yourself a chance to win a trip to WrestleMania 30 & meet a WWE Superstar! There are also awesome prizes like book grants for schools and libraries.
Here’s How it Works
The WrestleMania Reading Challenge is an annual online reading and writing contest designed to encourage kids to read and help to build a lifelong love of reading. Running through Friday, March 7th, students, ages 4-18, can participate at WWEReadingSuperstar.com. Children ages 4-12, along with their teachers, parents, and caregivers, can read books online for free and virtually connect with WWE Superstar Reading Buddies. Students ages 13-18 are encouraged by WWE Superstars to read a book and submit an essay about why they love to read. Both age groups are eligible to win great prizes.
