If there’s one dessert that will make you say yummmm while eating it, it’s White Chocolate Mousse With Fudge Topping!
White Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
- 8 ounces white baking chips
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 1/4 cups whipping (heavy) cream
- Jar of hot fudge

Preparation
- Melt chocolate in a double boiler – do not let the water boil or you will burn the chocolate
- Once melted, add sugar
- Add eggs yolks one at a time
- Remover from heat, pour into bowl, let cool
- Warm hot fudge- just enough to pour
- In a separate bowl- Whip heavy cream until thick
- Fold whipped cream into cooled white chocolate
Presentation
Drizzle a little hot fudge into glass.
Spoon white mousse into wine glasses
Spoon hot fudge on top of white chocolate to coat top
Top with a dollop of whipped cream
