I am not a consistent person when taking vitamins. I have good intentions but I forget! I have found how to make vitamin taking easy with new tech. Tech has entered our lives in so many ways and has made our lives easier on so many levels. From controlling everything in your house to counting your steps to now taking your vitamins! I have partnered with Tespo to bring you this post. I received product and I’m giving you my 100% honest opinion!

I am happy to tell you that I have been faithfully taking my vitamins EVERYDAY for a straight month! This is a huge accomplishment for me and Tespo has made it happen! It sits on the counter and will remind you of a coffee maker but it’s your daily vitamin with a push of a button.

You pick the vitamins that are right for you…… I chose the peri menopause because let’s face it. It sneaks up on us and we need all the help we can get between;

Hot flashes, mood swings, sleepiness, not sleeping, gaining weight, and the list goes on.

Once you purchase the dispense, you purchase the discs each month. Place the disc into the dispenser, add water and your ready to go. When you push the button it automatically adds the vitamin powder and the water and mixes it. It will spin for about 30 seconds and once it stops, take your shot of vitamins. It’s that easy.

The Tespo dispenser tells you when water is low and there’s an app to track when you take it. Once you download the app and attach your Tespo to WiFi, it sends the information to the app. You can go in and click WHO took it, which is great to keep track of you and your spouse or the kids.
