I am not a consistent person when taking vitamins. I have good intentions but I forget! I have found how to make vitamin taking easy with new tech. I am happy to tell you that I have been faithfully taking my vitamins EVERYDAY for a straight month! This is a huge accomplishment for me and Tespo has made it happen! It sits on the counter and will remind you of  a coffee maker but it’s your daily vitamin with a push of a button.

Once you purchase the dispense, you purchase the discs each month. Place the disc into the dispenser, add water and your ready to go. When you push the button it automatically adds the vitamin powder and the water and mixes it. It will spin for about 30 seconds and once it stops, take your shot of vitamins. It’s that easy.

The Tespo dispenser tells you when water is low and there’s an app to track when you take it. Once you download the app and attach your Tespo to WiFi, it sends the information to the app. You can go in and click WHO took it, which is great to keep track of you and your spouse or the kids.
