Trick And Treat
1 1/2 oz Mezcal
3/4 oz lime juice
1/2 oz Aperol
1/2 oz simple syrup
3 chunks of watermelon (cut 2′ by 1′)
Sal de gusano (worm salt rim) and lime juice
Directions:
Muddle the watermelon until smashed, then add in the Mezcal, lime juice, Aperol & simple syrup. Shake with ice, then strain into a coupe glass that has been rimmed with Sal de gusano & lime juice.
