Ingredients
1 ½ oz Batanga Blanco tequila
¾ oz unsweetened white cranberry juice
½ oz orange liqueur (such as Cointreau)
½ oz lime juice, plus lime wedge

For garnish: rosemary sprig, fresh cranberries, fresh pomegranate seeds
Rosemary simple syrup
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup water
3 rosemary sprigs
Dissolve sugar in boiling water, add rosemary sprigs, allow to cool.
Directions
Combine ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a glass or coupe and garnish with cranberries, a few pomegranate seeds and rosemary sprig.

Directions
Add ice to shaker and shake vigorously

**Cinnamon Syrup:
Add 1 cup of cinnamon in a liter of water and leave on low heat until it boils
Once the mixture is boiling, add 2.20 pounds of Sugar.
Stir the mixture until it is like honey texture.
