When I was asked to join the #underawareness campaign, I was more than happy to because I think women going through perimenopause needs to start talking and supporting one another. Perimenopause symptoms were a back room conversation and to talk about products for these symptoms felt as awkward as going to the store at 10 years old to buy pads.
Today we need to break the silence and talk freely about it. I never knew that you could experience bladder leakage when going through this.
