“Smooth as a baby’s bottom” There’s a reason we refer soft skin to a baby. Their skin is new, soft, and without any imperfections. As we get older our skin not only ages but is affected by elements, health, stress, and what we eat and drink. Facial skin is even more prone to aging. My Morning Regimen

Two things are drilled in our head right now, retinol and SPF. Dermatologists tell us using a combination of retinol and a broad-spectrum sunscreen can help fight the signs of aging and can also prevent new damage.

My Night Regimen
What is Accelerated Retinol SA– a unique combination of Retinol SA, glucose complex, and hyaluronic acid that boosts retinol speed of action, and fortifies the skin barrier for rapid improvement in the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. “SA” stands for “sustained action.”
What is Helioplex Technology– a formulation of broad-spectrum ultraviolet (UVA and UVB) skin protection containing avobenzone and oxybenzone. Let’s get techy, SPF (Sun Protection Factor) measures how well sunscreens protect skin from sunburn, which is caused primarily by UVB rays. SPF does not adequately measure how well a sunscreen protects from UVA rays. It is important to select a sunscreen that has broad spectrum (UVA/UVB) protection. However, in some sunscreens, UVA protection begins to break down the moment your skin is exposed to the sun -Avobenzone-containing products have decreasing efficiency after a few hours of sun exposure, but the addition of oxybenzone reduces the amount of degradation that occurs.

Day 1 – Upclose and no makeup – you can really see all my imperfections and lines.
Day 2 – I pointed out my biggest concerns
Day 3 – I don’t see a difference yet in the lines but my skin feels slightly different
Day 4 – I think maybe I see something with the lines, my skin still feels a little better
Day 5 – Thinking this might work, really liking how my skin feels
Day 6 – I totally see a difference and I’m amazed that it’s actually working. My skin has more of a glow too
Day 7 – Even when I smile the lines are diminished, My skin isn’t as blotchy and feels silky smooth
My Before and After- I will continue to use this and see what happens in a month. I’m super excited and although it was tempting, I didn’t photoshop. You can see the difference on my forehead and by my eyes.

I wish I had some new fascinating tip, but mine are basic. I wear sunscreen (but only the mineral kind without chemicals), I try to drink plenty of water, and I avoid the sun during the hottest part of the day.
Mostly, I avoid being in the sun in the mid day as much as possible. I make and wear sunhats and use sunscreen year round. I also keep some with me to reapply and give to others to use, too.
I always wear sunglasses when I’m outdoors. Your eyes need sun protection also.
Wear SPF even when it doesn’t feel hot!
