In Marvel Studios’ “Thor: Ragnarok,” Thor (Chris Hemsworth) is imprisoned on the other side of the universe without his mighty hammer and finds himself in a race against time to get back to Asgard to stop Ragnarok – the destruction of his home world and the end of Asgardian civilization – at the hands of an all-powerful new threat, the ruthless Hela (Cate Blanchett). But first he must survive a deadly gladiatorial contest that pits him against his former ally and fellow Avenger – the Incredible Hulk (Mark Ruffalo) – and grapple with his silver-tongued adopted brother Loki (Tom Hiddleston), the fierce warrior Valkyrie (Tessa Thompson) and the eccentric Grandmaster (Jeff Goldblum).

Marvel Studios will never disappoint with fashion. Hela and Valkyrie, both kick ass women bring the comic book costumes to life. Hela, Thor’s sister  has a goth look with her black skin tight embellished with iridescent green. Her antler headpiece says “evil” and fits her larger than life evil personality.

Valkyrie has more of a bounty hunter look in her exile but changes into silver and gold armor with a blue cap. This costume screams strong heroin and yet moves flawlessly as she fights. Both women prove that we are able to do anything in our heels….. yes they both wore heels not flats!

Thor gets an involuntary makeover by Stan Lee (cameo) and since he lost his armor we get to see more of him with his new simply costume and armor. It fits his new persona bringing his power to a new level.

Loki changes from his original costume for a while and of course goes back to it. Loki will always keep us on edge of which side he’ll be on, one minute he’s trying to kill his brother and the next minute he’s helping him (or is he)?

Whether you are a Thor fan or an Advengers fan this is a movie you will want to have for your home library.
