I have started taking my steps to lead a healthy lifestyle. Most people will look at me and say I don’t have any weight to lose and basically mock my needing to lose 5-10 lbs. I recently attended a Jenny Craig Tasting Event that showcased the new Jenny Craig fall foods and Fresh & Free Additions. If you read my blog at all, you know I am the pickiest eater ever and I’m not very easy to please. I have been expanding my tastings and finding foods that I like and some I love. Recipes and What I Thought Of The Food!
As I said we had a smorgasbord of foods waiting for us. After learning about Jenny Craig, we worked with a chef to create different recipes. I was totally surprised and I kept asking, “Is this Jenny Craig too?” To my surprise, and yes I was surprised, i tasted it all and liked it. I would actually serve it to my family. What made it better was how the chef added fresh herbs, exotic spices, seasonal vegetables, and other flavorful ingredients to add variety to the Jenny Craig meals and snacks. And you can too!
