We love to entertain and music is important to create the ambiance or to add to the theme of the party. We love to stream music through our receiver but it is usually kept to one area. Our guests mingle and wander from the house to the back porch to the front by the fire pit. Google Chromecast Audio allows us to connect to different speakers or receivers and have the music stream synchronous. You simply group Chromecast Audio devices together so you can listen to the same song on multiple speakers.. One of my favorite features is Chromecast Audio uses WiFi instead of Bluetooth so you can stream crystal clear hi res sound.
Using WiFi means if I’m streaming from my phone, the music isn’t interrupted should my phone ring or a text message come through. It’s easy to play, pause, or change the volume from anywhere in the home from my phone. I can still text or make a call if I need to without shutting down the music.
You can also stream millions of songs, radio stations, and podcasts through apps like Pandora, Spotify, YouTube Music, and Google Play Music. Find more at chromecast.com/apps
Music is very important to us and a part of our every day life. Personally when I’m getting ready to go out or cleaning, I’m moving from room to room and I no longer have to blast the music in one room so I can hear it throughout the house. With the volume at my fingertips, no matter where I am, I no longer have to run to the room where the music is playing if I need to turn it down to take a call or answer the door.
