While in LA at the Mary Poppins Returns red carpet premiere, we stopped by ABC Studios to meet some of the people from ABC’s 25 Days of Christmas. We spoke with tWitch and Allison about weddings, Cooper and Sherry about lights and baking, and lastly we spoke to the four actors Disney Channel’s “Coop and Cami Ask the World”. As a grandparent we need to keep up with who’s who so our grandchildren don’t think we’re out-dated.
These four young actors, Ruby Rose Turner, Dakota Lotus, Albert Tsai, and Paxton Booth were so fun to hang out with! We interviewed them and even made ornaments. I love making ornaments with my princes and my princess, each year I get to see how their artwork has grown. This is something I’ve been doing for decades, I did it with my mom and with my children.
What are your favorite Christmas traditions?
- LOTUS: I love just being able to spend time with friends and family during the holidays. I like decorating trees.
- TSAI: I love decorating the tree and putting up all the festive décor, and I also like baking stuff during Christmas, like the holidays
- BOOTH: My favorite part is my grandma comes home for Christmas. And that’s the one time of year I get to see my grandma, so yeah.
Of course my favorite answer was Booth’s! Grandmas are the best!
We also got to watch the episode that airs tonight (Friday) called “Would You Wrather Get a Moose Angry?” It airs on the Disney Channel at 9pm EST.

Cork Nutcracker!
We created these with the Cami and Cooper cast. You can buy the precut wooden ornaments and grab glue, glitter, pom poms, and colored markers to create your artwork!
What ornaments do you create?
I was invited by Disney to the #MaryPoppinsReturns Event, all opinions are my own.
