Everyone Is Unique
Everybody is different, but here’s something difficult to deny: deep down, everybody has that special something about them which makes them unique. Everyone is worthy of some level of respect. Everyone has some hidden talent. There is elegance in the richest lady, or the poorest girl; she needs only find it.
But there’s something to consider as pertains to elegance. The elegance of your favorite film star may not pertain to you; unless of course you are their doppelganger! But even then, it’s likely certain styles aren’t as easy to pull off. The body is controlled by the mind. The mind thinks certain things about reality. This determines how it pilots the body.
You could look exactly like the most graceful ballerina, and have no ability to dance whatsoever. Or you could look like the clumsiest maven on the most slapstick sitcom, and yet be graceful as a dove. Anyone can be graceful, anyone can be clumsy; it all depends on how you think about yourself, and how you pilot your body.
Twins: The Same, But Different
Since no two minds are alike, no two individuals will look the same stylistically. Even twins tend to express themselves differently in certain respects. There’s always the “good” one and the “evil” one. Really they’re both very similar, but as far as personalities go, one tends to have more aspects of one personality trait, one more of another.
Twins actually, in many cases, take steps to distinguish themselves one from the other directly. Certainly you’ll always have your twins that understand the advantage of being identical, and who will reprise one another’s social roles as it suits them. But did you know that in many cases, one twin is “smarter” than the other?
This is because, though genetically they are precisely the same, during life different twins have different experiences which inform their decisions; as such, there will always be uniqueness in personality even if it is extremely similar. It’s like the difference between 2,200,222 and 2,200,223. That’s essentially the same number, but it’s totally different.
Finding Your Perfect Style
So when you’re considering style, and trying to bring out your inner elegance, you must realize that what looks good on those to whom you have affinity or similarity in appearance may not look so good, or bad, on you. But in that respect, there are always options that will have a higher chance of making you look refined.
For example, if you’re going to a formal dinner, you’re going to look better in a formal gown than pajamas. And if you’re really looking to amp up the individuality, you may very well consider furs.
Fur coats, hats, wraps, and other luxury items have a long history of enhancing personal appearance. They have an inherent elegance to them which is very difficult to discount. Certainly if you wear a fur coat over sweatpants, it’s going to look goofy; but unless you are completely gauche in clothing sensibilities, furs enhance royal appearance.
When sourcing luxuriant furs, you want to go with a group like Evans Furs and Leathers, who, according to EvansFursAndLeathers.com, can boast: “…over 150 years of combined experience in the fur industry.” Such time in fashion design helps furriers determine what kind of furs fit individual personalities best.
Some people will be complemented by checkered or spotted warps. Some will look better in a voluminous garment that has the visual texture of a leopard. Some swear by fox furs, others by mink. Individual tastes will differ, and what is good for you may not be good even for your twin sister! But there is certainly some option perfect for your style.
