While we can’t turn back time, we can give our skin a natural boost with some facial exercises, especially if you’re not quite ready for outside help. Think of these as a mini workout for your face, designed to lift, tone, and keep everything looking fresh. And the best part? You can do them anywhere, whether you’re relaxing on the couch or during your morning skincare routine. Let’s dive into some easy, fun exercises to sculpt and lift your skin!

1. The Cheek Lifter

This move helps firm up your cheeks and give them a natural lift. It’s a great way to target the sagging that can happen with age, plus it adds a little extra perk to your smile!

How to Do It:

  1. Open your mouth to form an “O” shape.

When I found out I needed surgery, my 1st thought wasn’t the procedure. It was the fear of being handed opioids again with no real choice. After my last surgery, opioids were the only option I had, my insurance didn’t cover the non-opioid alternatives I specifically asked for. That showed me how quickly exposure can happen.
