As you saw in the other articles we stayed at the PGA National Resort & Spa but you can also plan a day away with girlfriends, your spouse, or to have alone time. As a SpaSnob I will tell you The PGA spa and salon is pure luxury and a true day spa to escape from the busyness of life. Enter the spa and walk into pure bliss as your met with a bathrobe and slippers. The men and womens’ locker rooms have all the necessities needed to shower and get ready to go out.
You will be spending many hours at the spa so make sure your day is clear. I started with a Plush Papaya Treatment. My entire body was exfoliated with papaya-pineapple scrub and followed by moisturizing Swedish massage. My skin and soul felt renewed and my mind which goes 24/7 was finally at rest.
My bliss continued when I met the Sicilian (he was lovin life after his 75 minute massage) and we strolled out to The Waters of the World. Here you will find three pools, one large regular pool, a Dead Sea: Israel pool, and a Salies De Bearn: France pool. We ordered lunch and drinks from the bar and ate by the pools in our private oasis.
Emerging and floating in the waters, we went from pool to pool spending at least 20 mins in each one. As a beauty expert and a creator of a bath and body line of scrubs, moisturizers, and salts, I can tell you that these pools are medicinal. You will hear me talking about the benefits of the Dead Sea quite often and to be able to submerge my entire body in this natural wonder was amazing.
I think he’s enjoying this!
I could have stayed there all day and night, as a matter of fact we had dinner reservations and I was pouting that we needed to leave. We also got to meet new friends. Anna, Jesse, and Jenny hung with us for a while and we all exchanged numbers and emails and will be getting together on our next visit to The Palm Beaches.
