I loved everything and my absolute favorite was the BBQ. William also took the time to tell me how to eat everything if I was confused. I even learned how to cut food with chopsticks. Cuisine Cuisine has a creative dim sum a la carte menu, as well as lunch and dinner set menus, it changes according to the seasonality respecting unique taste and freshness of the ingredients.
