Welcome to our College Cooking series. College is expensive enough so we need cheap quick meals for our kids but we want them to eat “real food”. Here’s a great meal that’s under $10 for your college student to whip up. Check out our past meals too! They’re all under 5 ingredients and are perfect for your student. It all started here: I put together a few recipes with directions to walk him through some easy basic meals……………….
Chicken Legs
- 1 Package Chicken Legs (4-5 lb family pack)
- Cooking Spray
- Dried Spice (Italian Seasoning, Zatarain Creole, Soul Seasoning, Paprika and Garlic Powder or anything you like)
Line a cookie sheet with tinfoil
Rinse chicken legs and place on the cookie sheet
Spray with cooking spray
Sprinkle with favorite seasoning
Cook at 400 degrees for 45 minutes
Serve with instant Stuffing or Mashed Potatoes
Feeds 6 adults or 4 College students
