One of my favorite parts of traveling is tasting traditional foods and my sweet tooth loves tasting desserts even more. At home I like to try to re-create some of these delicious dishes and introduce them to my family. My princess loves to put on her apron and help Mimi (me) cook or bake. The best part of cooking with a four year old is she’s happy as long as she’s able to stir, scoop, or sprinkle something.
Butterbean’s Café: Let’s Get Cooking is available now on DVD from Paramount Home Entertainment.
I received a copy of Butterbean’s Cafe: Let’s Get Cooking Fairy Treat Kit DVD (available at Amazon for $7.99) and the princess became a fairy for the day. She put on her apron, her fairy wings, and held her Butterbean’s Magic Whisk while we watched the DVD. She helped Butterbean outdo Ms. Marmalady with her yummy parfaits and tasty quiche and assist Cricket with her first menu as she learns to pipe icing on cupcakes. We watched Dazzle run the café herself and switch jobs with Poppy, and bake a little magic with Jasper and help the Bean Team find Cookie the cat!
The DVD includes eight delicious episodes and four family-friendly recipes inspired by the show! Princess Fairy and I made the delicious parfait and she raved to everyone how she made it all herself!
“Butterbean’s Café” had the highest rated Nickelodeon preschool launch since “Paw Patrol” in 2013 and is one of the top 5 shows among girls ages 2-5!
One of our readers of Tools 2 Tiaras, will receive a Butterbean’s Café: Let’s Get Cooking Fairy Treat Kit which includes the DVD, a magic whisk, fairy wings similar to the ones in the show, and a heart ice cube tray!
Disclosure: I received no compensation for this post.
