Blue Mountain Resort will start around-the-clock snow production this Friday night through the weekend with their brand new snowmaking system, aiming to open the Resort on Friday, December 6. Boasting the highest vertical and most varied terrain in Pennsylvania, the Resort welcomes eager skiers and snowboarders to usher in the 2024-2025 winter season at Blue Mountain’s Opening Day next Friday.

Hours of Operation
Skiing Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 9 p.m., Saturday & Sunday, 8 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Tubing Hours: Thursday, 5 – 10 p.m., Friday – Sunday, 10 a.m. – 10 p.m.

Lessons from Blue Mountain Learning Center
Experienced instructors at Blue Mountain Learning Center offer lessons and instruction for beginner, intermediate, and advanced skiers and snowboarders. Guests can choose from beginner lessons, private lessons, the children’s Blue Mountain Explorers Program, Winter Adventure Camp, and adult clinics. Hassle-free equipment rentals are also available.
Snow Tubing Park (Limited lanes tentatively opening Saturday, Dec. 7)
Double up or fly solo at America’s largest snow tubing park and coast down one of up to 56 snow tubing lanes for an absolute winter thrill. New this year, the exclusive Sonic Snow Tubing Experience has been expanded to all three tubing hills. Guests visiting after 5 p.m. can see this impressive spectacle when the entire park transforms into a laser light and music show. Snow tubing sessions are two hours long.
