There are occasions when time goes by so fast that I actually forget to eat lunch. This is not a healthy habit but sometimes I don’t have time to cook or to go out and grab something. If I do go out to grab something, I find myself grabbing fast food which I know is not healthy and it doesn’t taste all that great either.
