With the holidays coming, it means I’ll be spending most of my time shopping and prepping. We plan our holiday meal weeks before because it usually consists of at least five courses. We start cooking days before to make sure everything is perfect. During this time it makes dinner on those nights difficult because we don’t have the time to make a good home cooked meal.
