With everything that needs to be done, sometimes you just have to take some time for a good romance book. Since I really needed a break, I decided I’d grab It’s in His Kiss by Jill Shalvis and spend a few hours relaxing.  When I read a book, I want to identify with the characters so when I saw the way the sparks flew between Becca and Sam, I knew this was the book for me.

Becca is tired of taking care of her brother’s music career and wants to figure out who she is and what she wants out of her life.  She has a little bit of attitude but not that much self confidence. Sam has a lot of self confidence and oozes sex appeal but he has no interest in a relationship with Becca or anyone else. When fate throws them together, it seems like it’s the perfect match but they both have issues from the past that threaten their relationship.

If you’re looking for a fun, sexy romance to curl up with, It’s in His Kiss by Jill Shalvis is it. Great read. Love the characters. Can’t wait to read the next one.
