The other day I received L’Oreal’s Magic Nude Liquid Powder foundation from Shespeaks.com as part of a campaign. Slightly skeptical I tried it out and was happily surprised! It really does go from a liquid to a powder while being able to go on evenly.
I am very weary of liquid foundation because even though the coverage is great, you often get those thick lines that look what is commonly known as “cake face”. The great thing about the Magic Nude is that when it turns into the powder as you rub it in, it blends flawlessly with skin without creating a cakey appearance.
I didn’t even need to blend it in thoroughly with my neck (which is the sign of a good foundation because it means it has great color match qualities). Once applied, the makeup felt light and almost like I had nothing on. It felt lighter than a lot of powder foundations I have used while still giving me a great amount of coverage. I give this makeup two thumbs up for sure!! It is perfect if you want light coverage to keep a natural look, and it won’t get caked up if you want to apply more for a flawless finish! It really is Magic!
