Flash backs have started this episode. Rick and The Governor finally meet and talk. Andrea is in the middle the meeting. The Governor is blaming Rick for open fire in Woodbury. But Rick explains why, they kidnapped and were holding Maggie and Glenn. The governor is blaming Merle for the kidnapping. While they are having there meeting, it seems that Daryl and Herschel could talk to the group the Governor brought with him. Andrea tells Herschel she doesn’t know what to do. Herschel explains that she’s not with her family and that she belongs with them.
After a long time of discussion The Governor tells Rick ” I’ll let you live if you give me Michonne”. Michonne at this point has earned her place with the group after saving a few lives. After the meeting Andrea leaves with The Governor. Rick on the other hand does not tell the group what The Governor had asked for. Rick tells the group we are going to war. Herschel tells Rick they are ready for what happens. Rick is still uncertain on what to do, but knows he cant trust the Governor.
