When Elbee sent me their 8 space saver baking pans, I didn’t realize how much space they would actually save! When the box came, I did my usual….. opened it, took out the pans to look them over, stacked them how I WOULD so they were all over the place. I cooked brownies in one, a cake in another, and eyeballed the large pan to see if it would be big enough for my lasagna. I was planning on writing how awesome the pans were and how the 8 pans literally would be all you would need.
After two days I went to the site to do a little more research and saw the photo of the pans all stacked into one. It was my Ah Ha moment. I quickly grabbed all the pans and stacked them how the photo showed and I was blown away how they neatly nested together perfectly into one closed unit and took the space of ONE PAN! No more lopsided pans and sheets. You know exactly what I’m talking about, you grab one and they all fall.
I know I normally don’t talk much about pans but people……you need these! And if you make a mambo size lasagna like a do, the large baking pan can handle it easily. It’s deep enough for a roast and is capable of my lasagna. WIN WIN!
