Keeping your little one healthy isn’t always easy, but there are plenty of resources out there to help you. These apps have got all the features you’ll need to support your child’s health, from their physical health to their mental health.

1 . Nicholas’ Garden

The Nicolas’ Garden application is the perfect tool to help kids learn about nutrition. There are plenty of great nutrition tips, and the app can also help kids learn about food shopping and cooking processes. With the support of this app, you can help your kids to make healthy choices and understand the concept of healthy eating. The app includes plenty of simple healthy recipes and all the guidance your child needs to make them (with your help, of course)!

2. Fooducate

With the Fooducate app, you can put your little one in charge of the shopping! Using Foodcate, they can use the QR codes to scan your shopping items and learn about the nutritional content. The application can help your kids to increase their knowledge, get motivated to be healthier, and play at being grown-ups! Using the Fooducate app, you can get your child excited about helping you at the supermarket.

3. Gro Garden

The Gro Garden app was designed to help children to learn about sustainable gardening and farming. Your child will have plenty of fun feeding Connie, the Compost, and her microorganism friends! Once your children have fed Connie, they’ll find that the soil improves and that their crops grow much faster. There’s also a fun-filled seed-to-table game where kids can explore the Gro Garden cottage. It’s a fantastic game to learn about healthy eating, going green, and gardening. When you’re buying your child care items, try to prioritize purchasing eco friendly materials.

4. Veggie Circus Farm

The Veggie Circus Farm is a great app to help your children learn about vegetables. Here your kids will get to attend the ‘Veggie School’ and play plenty of fun vegetable themed games. There’s a special veggie circus show, which is especially designed to help kids remember all of their vegetables. There’s also a prize page where your child can collect stickers and make up their own vegetable stories.

5. Super Stretch Yoga

The Super Stretch Yoga app is a tool to help kids learn yoga using superheroes and games. Here your children can learn the secrets of yoga and find strength and balance. With so many benefits to be had, you won’t regret teaching your little one some yoga! They’ll be able to feel calmer, de-stress, and retain an excellent posture. Your children will learn special breathing techniques and learn how to access more deeper levels of relaxation. Why not by yourself a yoga mat too? Your child will have lots of fun practicing yoga with you!

When it comes to your child’s health, you’ll want to do all that you can to support them. From choosing the right pediatrician to cooking them delicious healthy foods. For more information about some excellent pediatric services, check out  https://southwestcare.org/services/pediatrics.

You’ll find a replica David in the square but going to Accademia Gallery in Florence and seeing this breathtaking statue by Michelangelo is 100% worth it, whether you like art or not. His right leg has a tree stump which balances the entire statue.
