I have tried many times to lead a healthier lifestyle and I wasn’t successful. This time I was determined to be successful with my healthy lifestyle goals and to keep the family on track! My biggest tip is to not change everything at once. To be successful with your healthy lifestyle goals add new healthy choices each week or bi-weekly. It takes 21 days to make something a habit so if you do a little at a time, each healthy choice becomes a habit and it becomes easier as time goes on. A few months back I started going to a gym with personalized HIIT training and noticed after just two weeks I had more energy. I also started adding healthier food choices like more fruits and vegetables. My challenge with food is I love everything that doesn’t love me like cake, candy, and fried foods.
Green Giant® Cauliflower Veggie Hash Browns made it an easy choice for a morning side with my egg whites or a snack during the day.
