Bring Hemp Into Your Fall Fashion and Feel The Difference

This fall you need to bring hemp into your fall fashion and feel the difference. Hemp garments have many benefits but the most important one for me is – It’s super comfortable! When I’m transitioning from summer to fall, I struggle with the warmth of the clothes. When the temperature changes, my long sleeve shirts don’t always keep me warm and they’re not as soft as I’d like them to be. I recently had a couple pieces sent to me from prAna from their hemp line and they’ve become my favorite pieces.

Why Hemp?

Hemp fabrics are soft and you can feel the difference as soon as its against your skin.

It’s a “green” fabric, so there are no pesticides or herbicides.

It’s naturally anti-microbial which means it will kill bacteria. Imagine being cleaner after wearing hemp than your regular clothes!

 

The Paulina Dress is has cap sleeves with cuffs and is slightly above the knee. It’s not tight fitting so you can feel free to eat what you want without needing to suck in your belly or skip dessert. You can wear the Paulina as is or add a belt to bring more shape to it. It comes in bone or deep balsam and you can wear this from the office to out with the girls. It’s so versatile, that it has become one of my go-to dresses.

 

I also received the Aster Tunic which I would gladly wear everyday! I love denim, add soft and durable and it becomes one of my favorites. I ordered a medium but prAna is true to size so I should have ordered a small. I am still able to rock this though. I wore the button front tunic with a pair of leggings and my black boots and made it into a mini dress. It has rolled sleeve detail and POCKETS.

I was on my way to go shopping with my granddaughter and she wanted to go get a shirt “just like Mimi!” we were both excited with the pockets and when a two year old tells you that your shirt is soft, you know you have scored big! The tunic also has an open vent at the center back hem so you can easily tuck the front in and be super stylish!

I can always find items to add to my fall wardrobe but hemp clothing is my new love! I highly recommend to try a piece and you too will have a new love!
