We spoke to the bar chef, Candess Webster and she gave us two recipes to share with you so you can enjoy these delicious cocktails at home.

“We wanted to have fun with classic hot drinks and name them after German Christmas stories. And as for the sweaters, this season we had to work with the glassware on hand so I got creative. The sweaters are really the hit of the drink. People really love them; makes them feel cozy. I’m constantly making more because, like hotel bathrobes, people can’t seem to part ways with them…So it’s never the same sweater, they’re unique and that’s part of the fun!”

 

Stiff Krampus

1/2 oz honey
Add hot water to melt honey and stir
Pour in 2oz of bourbon
Add lemon with cloves

Spied Nikolaus

Spoon full of raw sugar
Add hot water to melt and stir
Pour in 2oz of spiced rum
Add cinnamon stick
