Welcome To The Only Unique Wardrobe Guide You’ll Ever Need

Summer is the best time to step out and wow people with your fashion choices. The only problem in this day and age is that everyone looks the same. Because stores produce similar clothes and people are copycats, it creates clones. For anyone that wants to stand out, this is a major problem that is hard to overcome. After all, you can’t dress uniquely if there are zero individual items or outfits on the rack.

Or can you?

Let’s face it – avoiding the latest trends isn’t easy. It especially isn’t simple if you are a fashionista. However, like all moguls, you are creative, and that is an awesome trait. With creativity, you can build something that no one else has: an individual wardrobe. Once the items in your closet are unique, there is no way heads won’t turn the next time you walk down the street. Here’s how to get the ball rolling.

Head To The Tailors

There are lots of reasons to have one on speed dial, but the fit of your clothes is the most important. Although it is so simple, the average person doesn’t care about how well clothes fit. Sure, lots of women will agonize over a size six or an eight because they don’t want to look out of place. However, there is no way to get the exact fit if you shop at high street stores. So, by taking them into an expert for a once over, the transformation can be huge. Also, a tailor is a person that can make alterations to an outfit, and you want to take advantage of that fact. For example, you see a jacket you love but know ten people who already have it in their closet. Instead of avoiding it, you can buy it and switch the buttons. Then, it is the jacket you love but with a small twist.

Think Of A Brand

Right, you are not coming up with a business idea, so there is no reason to lose sleep over your brand. Still, you are an individual, and individuals have certain character traits. Let’s take a look at the jacket example one more time. Adding buttons that don’t match may be your thing because it is quirky. Or, you may be more elegant, in which case long, sweeping dresses will be up your street. Regardless of what it is, it’s vital that you come to a conclusion. As soon as you have your style, you can begin to dress accordingly. Even if some things aren’t totally different, people won’t notice as long as it fits in with your style. All they will see is a woman that understands her trademark.

Use Personal Accessories

One of the best methods to develop a style is to use accessories. Now, lots of women use earrings and necklaces, and they end up looking the same as everyone else. To combat this, you can’t pick up any piece of jewelry you find and wrap it around your body. Instead, using items that are personal to you is the key. The reason for this is that it instantly adds character to the outfit and unmistakably defines your style. A great way to hit this goal is to use hobbies or interests. Musicians, for instance, can wear rings that display instruments to drill home the point. Or, a traveller can use a something they picked up along the way, such as a scarf cut down and wrapped around they wrist.

Shop Strategically

High street stores are not reliable, yet that doesn’t mean all is lost. It isn’t if you know where to look. In fact, searching in the right places may change your mind about the whole generic fashion thing. But, you have to find them first, so where should you start? Well, the best places happen to be online clothing boutiques and vintage stores. The reason is two-fold. The first is that vintage shops house old school fashion trends that most people avoid or can’t buy in-store. The second is that boutiques only sell certain products. As a result, there is less chance of someone wearing the same outfit, especially if it is an under the radar one. This may sound silly, but high-end stores are also a great place to find unique stuff. Because they cater to the rich and famous, not many regular people shop at these locations. So, by breaking the mold, you will be completely recognizable, and a little bit envied.

Go Retro

‘Isn’t retro in vogue these days?’ Yes, a certain level is, but it isn’t as far back as people think. There are trends like brogue shoes, which were fashionable pre and post-war. However, this is an anomaly that proves the rule. In general, old school trends date back ten or maybe fifteen years. If your clothes are the same, the odds are high that you will look generic. But, those that go back even further won’t have this problem. With this in mind, don’t be afraid to raid your moms or grandmothers wardrobes for inspiration. They may have a pretty pantsuit that you can spruce up or a cool mini dress. The moms and grandmothers that have no physical items do still have their memories. So, ask them about the styles in the 50s and 60s for inspiration. The great thing about this tip is that it merges with the personality factor.

Change Up Colors

Lots of women buy things in the same color. When it comes to sporting it for the first time, they then appear no different. The result is a lot of money wasted even if the style is different than before. The key is to mix up the colors to make the outfit pop. That way, the new shade will add an extra element and transform your look. With that in mind, resist the temptation to play it safe and go with what you know works. The truth is that what works fades over time and looks tired and weary.

So, what colors don’t you wear or haven’t worn in a while?

Why did no one warn us that menopause would turn our bodies into a crime scene… Dryness. Pain. Sneezing roulette. UTIs showing up uninvited. And doctors smiling politely and saying, “That’s just aging.” Cool. Love that for us.

Say Hello to Silky Peach Cream 🍑 A bioidentical estriol cream that works locally to rebuild thinning tissue, restore moisture, and bring back comfort where it actually matters. Not a Band-Aid. Not a $350 prescription. Not a lube that disappears by lunchtime.

Estriol is the gentlest form of estrogen our bodies naturally make, and Silky Peach Cream puts it back exactly where menopause took it away. Over time, tissue rebuilds, moisture returns, and suddenly intimacy doesn’t feel like sandpaper and regret.

Two pumps nightly. Then maintenance. Because it took years to get this dry… it’s okay if it takes a little time to feel normal again.

I’m done whispering about menopause. I got my life back. And my peach is happy again!

I didn’t expect this to be the hardest part of getting older.

If sex hurts. If you avoid intimacy. If you dread wiping.

It’s not “just dryness.” It’s estrogen loss. And yes, it’s fixable.

Menopause doesn’t ease in quietly. It shows up hot, uncomfortable, and disruptive. And for way too long, women are told to whisper about it or accept it as “just aging.” I’m done with that.

Silky Peach Cream helped restore moisture, rebuild thinning tissue, and bring back comfort where menopause took it away. Not a quick fix. Not a Band-Aid. Just real, gradual relief that made me feel like myself again.

Two pumps. Some patience. And a lot less suffering.

Stop whispering about menopause. You deserve relief. You deserve joy. Your peach deserves to be happy again.

Get the details and try it for yourself at the link in my bio.

When I found out I needed surgery, my 1st thought wasn’t the procedure. It was the fear of being handed opioids again with no real choice. After my last surgery, opioids were the only option I had, my insurance didn’t cover the non-opioid alternatives I specifically asked for. That showed me how quickly exposure can happen. Many people don’t realize that about 1 in 10 patients who receive opioids after surgery will struggle with long-term use. That’s nearly 4 million people per year. It’s no secret that opioids can lead to addiction, & we should be much louder about the fact that there are non opioid options that can be used during surgery to manage pain afterwards.
Medicare already recognizes this & separately reimburses for FDA-approved non-opioid pain treatments, proving these options are real & available. Yet insurance barriers often make them difficult or impossible to access. Instead of making decisions about my recovery with my doctor, insurance policy made them for me. As I prepare for my next surgery, I want access to every option that reduces my exposure. I know how easily things can escalate. I’ve seen opioid use continue far longer than intended. It can tear apart families before anyone realizes what’s happening. What starts as short-term pain management after surgery becomes something no one ever expected, simply because safer options were never offered. It’s frustrating that some major insurers still haven’t expanded coverage the way Medicare has. #UnitedHealthcare is one of the companies whose restrictions make it harder to access FDA-approved non-opioid surgical pain options. Because of their size, these decisions affect millions. Surgery shouldn’t be a gateway to opioid addiction. Medicare covers these options. UnitedHealthcare & others need to do the same so patients aren’t pushed toward opioids by outdated policies. Patients & families deserve better.
