I know that we have just had the holidays and we are all getting back into a normal routine again. But it is never too late to get planning ahead for the next event in your life. For many of you, it could be Valentine’s Day next month. It is only a month away really, so if you were planning on getting something extra special for your loved one, now could be the time to plan for it. So here are some ideas for your loved one, then you’ve got no excuse, right? Hope this little guide helps you.
Special Piece of Jewelry
I think that most women would like waking up to an extra special gift on Valentine’s Day. If it comes in a Tiffany-blue box then even better, of course. But not everyone can stretch to that kind of budget. Which is why you can shop around and still get the perfect piece of jewelry for your loved one. You could even think outside and get them something really unique. A lot of people don’t have a piece of jewelry with their birthstone in (unless they have a diamond ring and were born in April). So choosing their birthstone could be a really neat idea and make for a special item of jewelry. You can find birthstones online. But if they are a January baby you would get them a garnet, rubies in July or opals if they were born in October.
Bucket List Experience
Though most people like to get flowers and chocolate on Valentine’s, it can be nice to get something a little different. Something different could be getting them an experience rather than a ‘thing.’ So speak to them and find out what is on their bucket list if you don’t already know. Then you can help them to tick something off their list. Which will mean so much more to them? It might even be something romantic like a hot air balloon ride or an afternoon tea at the Ritz. Just do some research, and it is sure to please!
Meal For Two
Eating out on Valentine’s Day can be so overrated. So why not stay in? It would be even more special if you created a dining out experience but just for the two of you. Whether it is takeout dressed up fancy or a meal you cooked yourself, the time and effort will mean a lot. You could even do it for her as a surprise and just give her instructions of where she needs to be and when. Makes it much more exciting this way too and will mean more than any wrapped gift.
Special Hamper
A lot of women are all about the thought that goes into a gift, rather than what the actual gift is. So a special hamper is a sure fire thing that will work well. When you create her own hamper, filled with all of her favorite things, she knows you are thinking of her and what she likes.
