Fall brings a time to start celebrating again. We’ve had our summer parties and it’s time to change gears from the outside pool parties to festive indoor gatherings! These drinks which are all made with New Amsterdam Vodka will warm your guests hearts but are also great by the bomb fire!

Drink: The Weekender

Ingredients:

• 2 oz. New Amsterdam Vodka
• 1 oz. St Germain
• ½ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
• 2 bar spoons of Watermelon Puree
• 1 oz. Club Soda

Garnish: Fresh Fennel

Directions: Add ingredients (except club soda) into an ice filled shaker, and shake vigorously.  Uncap shaker, and add club soda. 

Service: Double strain mixture into and ice filled highball glass, and garnish with fresh fennel.

 

Drink: Vodka Soda Slushy

Ingredients:

• 2 oz. New Amsterdam Vodka
• 6 oz. water
• Gellan Gum

Garnish: Rainbow Tapioca Bubbles & Pop Rocks

Directions: Hydrate gellan gum in New Amsterdam Vodka & water.  Add to slushy machine to freeze for service.

Service: Add Rainbow Tapioca Bubbles into glass, top with drink from slushy machine, and garnish with Pop Rocks

 

Drink: Big Apple be DAM’d Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz. New Amsterdam
• .5 oz. Liqor 43
• .25 oz. fresh pressed lemon juice
• Topped with 3 oz. Original Sin Hard Apple Cider (made in NYC http://www.origsin.com/)

Garnish with a honey crisp apple slices (make sure to squeeze lemon juice on them when cut so they don’t turn brown)

 Directions:  Add ingredients (except Cider) into a cocktail shaker filled with ice, and shake vigorously.  Uncap shaker, and add Cider.  Strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice, and garnish with an apple slices.
