In the 1960’s Leon Hess decided to create a toy for the holiday season. The first Hess Toy Truck, introduced in 1964, was a tanker that could be filled with water and emptied through its delivery hose. At a retail price of $1.29, including batteries, the truck was an instant success.
Over forty years later, the Hess Toy Truck is still going strong. In my family it’s a tradition for someone in the family to get my son the current Hess Truck. He has received one every year since he was born. He absolutely loves the Hess trucks and plays with them constantly. We recently had the opportunity to receive the 2013 Hess Truck and Tractor for review. Even though it isn’t Christmas yet he was more than happy to check it out! With that being said this years truck is no a disappointment!

My favorite app is the CardioTrainer app for Android. http://www.noom.com/cardio.php The app uses GPS and tracks my daily walks, logging steps, distance, pace, calories burned, etc., and uploads them to an online website. This app is the best free app I’ve found.
