I originally created this with my two friends Sarah and Jill in the Pillsbury kitchen but thought it was worthy of re-posting. This 5 ingredient Halloween eye ball pizza is easy, cheap, delicious, and the kids will love to create their monster. The size is perfect for your little ones and their friends if you are having a party!
I have to say this was very fun to create and you can replace items easily!
- Pillsbury Grands Biscuits (8 count package)
- Boneless Chicken Breast (cleaned)
- Fresh Mozzarella (sliced thin)
- Pesto
- Roasted Red Peppers (sliced into thin strips)
- Flatten Pillsbury Grands Biscuit into circle (think pizza pie). Place on cookie sheet
- Grill chicken breast in balsamic coated pan. Sliced cooked chicken into strips
- Spread pesto onto dough
- Add layer of chicken
- Add layer of Muzz (Mozzarella)
- Add more pesto in center
- Add roasted red peppers in a cris cross manner (like veins)
- Slice olive in half- add one half in center
- Drizzle balsmic vinegar
- Bake as directed on Pillsbury Grands Biscuit package- watching for muzz (mozzarella) to melt and sides to be golden brown
Mangia!
