4 Delicious Fall Cocktails
“Creole Pumpkin Martini”
- 2 oz vodka
- 1 oz Pumpkin Shrub
- 3/4 oz Carpano Antica
- 1/2 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 8 drops Spicy Creole Bitters
Shake over ice and strain into martini glass. Garnish with candied ginger.
“Pumpkin Patch”
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 1 oz Pumpkin Spice Shrub
- 3/4 oz Brandy
- 3/4 oz Lemon juice
- 1/2 maple syrup
- 1/2 Ginger beer
- 8-10 Drops Tart Cherry+Saffron bitters
Shake well over ice and serve in a rocks glass over a large ice sphere.
“Old Spice”
- 1 1/2 Fidencio Mezcal
- 1 oz Pumpkin Spice Shrub
- 3/4 oz Domaine de Canton
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- Egg white
- 8 drops Aromatic Bitters
Dry shake for 15 seconds. Wet shake for 10. Serve in a rocks glass with a cinnamon sprinkle.
“Witches Brew”
- 2 oz Kraken spiced Rum
- 1 oz Pumpkin Spice Shrub
- 1/2 oz Cocchi Americano
- 1/2 oz Half n Half
- Egg white
- 8 drops Aromatic Bitters
Dry shake for 15 seconds. Wet shake for 10. Strain into a rocks glass and garnish with almond slivers and black pepper sprinkle.
